if an rp was assigned to a UG, you have to consider that, until the rp went dead, the maker couldn't be incharge of another UG. So like, lets take my rp right now. Someone ELSE would have to be incharge since i'm the leader of the WD.
Or if, say flarey made and rp, he couldn't make another one. Or if a UG's leader went away and they were looking for replacements, flarey couldn't volunteer.

well, as far as that goes thats just a syntax issue, that could be changed or the RP forums could be given a different domain and it wouldn't interfere in any way
