You can use any meat you like. I think I'm going to try it with strips of pan-fry steak (the really thin fast fry steak) then strips of chicken breast. Should be good. Possibly throw in some broccoli and carrots.

all of the above sounds perfect. chicken tends to absorb surrounding flavors better than steak so that might give you the better result despite steak being awesome on its own.

I did it with steak and it tasted good! But I seasoned my steak quite a bit before I put it in the pasta, but I scraped off all the top seasoning stuck to the steak in order to not make it too weirdly tasting. I forgot to put the tuna in but tuna and steak doesn't seem like it would work well together. To be honest though the tuna flavour is very hidden even without anything but the main recipe.
