OMG, how do i get it. I have heard so many thing but there all differen't, where is it?

after sora and "r" fight in the mystic arena, then it just appears suddenly when youre transforming. BUT it may take some time.

no i think he means the fight scene with roxas, u cant get it until then
all u need is 5 drive gauges full and then get into battle
try activating any drive and u'll turn into final
if u dont get it just go to a save point and reenter the place

Well i have found out an actual way, rather then waiting and stuff. Once you have watched the film clip with Roxas and Sora (It turned out i had seen it) Then just go to the Olympus Coliseum, and go to the cerberus cup, transform into the master form and you should then turn into the final form straight away, that is an easy way to make it work.

Oh I never heard of it that way. The only way I thought you got it was fighting the final boss in his very first stage and you get final form by changing into any form in that fight...and if by slight chance you dont then after that battle you have to keep changing into forms until you can.

to get final form you need to do these first
see the clip of the fight between sora and "r" and TWTNW
have 5 drive bars
have all forms ( but final )
then when you transform into ANY form it might turn into final instead
once you turn into final for the first time you can turn into it just like you could valor or final
