 Just got an email from square regarding the sequel to FF 13 they have released the first trailer it looks like it might be an interesting game trailer, may contain small spoilers if you haven't completed the first game

I saw this trailer recently...I think it will be perfectly fine as long as they dont slaughter it like they did with FFX...that would really upset me XD

My God...
It looks Ace...
Now i'm not one of those who were a big fan of XIII.
Yes, story, graphics, and combat were amazing, but the levelling up system was too linear, and the game wasn't such a big challenge.
I've always been a retro gamer. Throw VII or X at me, and i'll try to complete it 100%.
Throw XII at me, and i'll burn it along with myself.
Anyways, this looks too good to be true! Always liked Lightning!
Tough and sturdy. Her and Jecht would have super children. xD

Are you serious? I guess they want to show more of the world they created but people didn't read about. Seeing as half to three quarters of the world of XIII is in the information database thing...
Hopefully it is a different battle system as I like to see changes in each game released for FF.

well, perhaps if you screw the auto battle option then ppl will start actually thinking about their moves XD and might like it better?

Nahh, not too bad! xD
The only reason i'm complaining was because i borrowed the game in the past and finished the story, but my friend took it back before i had a chance to finish the extras.
So, i was planning to complete the game again 100% from the beginning. I got a new copy from GAME recently, but had forgotten pretty much of the story.
Until i saw this.
I don't know about you, but i'm a massive FFX fan.... (if you don't like FFX, you must hate me so much haha)
And i was planning to start that again for the 5th time. Even though i've got 500 hours game-play time on it xD
So, FFXIII can wait till later...
This wasn't aimed me, was it...? And now i feel like douche...

if the butcher the story liek they did when they made a sequal to 10

a sequal could actually work for this game though if you consider the whole story and ending i guess
we at least more so than 10 needed a sequal (why -.-)
...and ff7 and ff10 are considered "retro gaming" now ?
