Oh, and the plot is awful and Sephiroth's a non-biological mama's boy. And the translation sucks.
Overall, this game fails. |
Wow, what an opinion lol.
I happen to think the opposite. Amazing game. It succeeds more than most games can ever imagine. The fact that major corporations are trying to squeeze this series for all its worth does not affect the fact that its cool. Just because everyone likes it does not make it any less spectacular. Its just that good. Although, some people do have fun just going against the crowd. I'm surprised that isn't getting overrated yet, seeing as how everybody wants to be a rebel. Just like anarchy, it just doesn't make sense.

God, i can't believe how much the original black label version is going for on ebay. Someones even selling the little game manual that came with it for 13 +shipping. Jesus, if i would have known it was going to be worth that much cash I would have been easier on the case growing up.

The black label was the original version, then you have the greatest hits version which is also referred to as the green label. I got my black label in mint condition for 80 about 3 months ago, last I checked they were going for around 130 on ebay

as you might expect from me playing it since i was 8 the first dist is a bit worn on the black side but the other 2 are pretty much mint and they all work fine hmm i prolly still wouldnt sell it but i wonder how much I'd get if I did

sadly (not really a sad thing) you can buy ff7 for the psp and ps3 now for $10.
i say sad for fith because he spent $80. granted, if hes a collector, cool, but if it was merely to play the game... thats just rough.
i have the greatest hit version of the discs myself.
i do however have an over version of xenogears which is worth quite a bit these days. wont be long before they put that on the psp/ps3 too though.
i never did finish it.
oh and i laugh at this thread every time i see it because it just wont die.
