Not sure how many times it crossed the minds of each.. but haven't found the the info gathered!
it is not a new project, and I believe that each of us has the best idea ever.. why not share them in a single place and contribute to change the minds of the SEH directors (if not yet convinced)?

Sadly, omnishugo and I had this idea of creating a new FF trading card game a few years back then (2 years maybe). It died as there were no one to sponsor the card game in a proper website.
Here's what I created back then, somesort of Pokemon plus yugioh style.
This topic's in the wrong place, not to mention the fact that the original post is clearly spam.
What you've got at the moment in regards to a FF trading card game is pretty impressive, Leon.

Before someone closes the thread (if that will be the end result) let me add a few things:
1. anyone interested in this project would have to registered in the "advertised" forum link! Let me also add that it is not my intention to remove users from any Forum, but to gather them at both having separate discussions!
2. haven't disappeared yet "for the rest of my life" neither have had as much time as wanted to create new cards.. will try to keep back on track now!
3. to Leon: I am stunned with the "visual" capabilities (even if some tech guy would come and say it is rubbish). As for the ideas I have to agree with you (and admit) that is a copy/mix of Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh.
I am still trying to go further... but someone like you would be tons of help...
4. Finally to Shuun: in case you dont know KH, Square-Enix franchise as well, you wouldn't notice the card game being sold in shops.. if you don't agree with the idea better change the comment to "Final Fantasy"

You have analyzed well. You got great knowledge on how to deal things with a cool head. Just keep going .Post us some useful topics that ultimately bring us together on the forum .

*Lazy nod*, I'll see what I can suggest or help but I can't promise anything - since I've lost the mood to participate any further in the hobby of mine (animation, FF trading card) a year ago.
But ya know, sometimes when you young people shows real enthusiasm and effort over the project or idea - it'll really lift my spirits up.

I think the card layout is good, well designed. I'm curious about the few circles with the infinity like sign at the left of the Card's image, in fact I'm curious about the battle system you've come up with.
I think it'll turn out rather interesting, don't know about the card game rules but lets say instints of mine said it.
A few suggestion from me, first get at least one card layout and design done (you've done that) then it comes to the card battle sytem and rules. You'll need to explain every bit of the card game you have in mind as though the person you're talking too is a total noob, he/she doesn't know what a single thing about your card game..that way you'll make a great review or description abt your game.
noooo they should not make a card game that would be horible they would be like pokemon naruto yugio yuck! ant they would be known ass a card game that would be bad there the best games ever not cards.
