not necessarily...i got 98% (i forgot to talk to cid in the ship) and i still get the good ending..i think there's some point on the game that you shouldnt miss and that will give you the good ending..

yes...when you got farplane you can make a choice of seeing tidus or not..those are the two endings....

Well I didn't get that choice. But I am pretty sure that Tidus haven't appeared in my game.. Only Shuyin, that look a lot like Tidus.
And if a had seen Tidus, woulden't he then be one of the persons in the Shinra's Dosseries ? - He's not in my game. 
But do you have to jump into a special hole to get this choice?
And if somebody has a walkthrough to the 5 endings, would I like to see it ?

Tidus will only appear if you choose to see tidus in the farplane ok this is what you have to do
1st Chapter - chapter 5 visit all the places it wont take that long trust me and do all the mission or most of them if you want then once you got into the farplane keep (IMPORTANT}"pressing the X button" and some kid will appear and ask you whether you want to be with tidus or not...and then just finish the game and you will get tidus for the ending....
