Seeing some of the comments on that page is interesting, the massive argument between people who think FF7 should be remade and the people who think it shouldn't is ridiculous. This is about FF10.
I'm not entirely sure what they can do to FF10 other than revamp the graphics and redo the voice acting cos making changes to any other part of it would actually be entirely unnecessary in my opinion. It bothers me that SE are just redoing the graphics of their old games because the pre FF7 ones could probably be expanded upon and added to as well as making them look pretty even FF7 I think could be expanded on and given more depth in some areas. Remaking a game just to give it better graphics seems entirely pointless.

The only one who mentioned 7 was me so i don't think there's a argument brewing here and i have no problems with 10 being remade as 10 is one of my top 3 FF's.
All i meant was that if there was a FF 7 remake i would have my favourite 3 all on PS3 XD

Are you saying one of your favorites is 13?
And, I just cant wait for this....FFX is my favorite, and I think it was just the perfect game, for the most part. It had a strategic battle system, that kind of had Turn Based Strategy Elements, along with a pretty good leveling system. Great story, great cast of characters and probably the only FF that doesnt have a useless party member! XD..Well...Maybe Khimari...? I think he became more useful toward the end, though.

You know, it only took me some odd 0.2 seconds to think of him.... xD
Did he become more useful towards the end? I never really used him much so I guess I wouldn't know. 
Also... Did 9 have a useless character? I can't think of one atm...
Actually, brilliantly enough, I think Zidane come closest to filling that role. I mean he was nice to have (when are thieves not?) but his skillset was really underwhelming. His Trance skills were incredible, but outside of it a lot of his commands were pretty poor. Soul Blade was the only one that stood out to me, and all that does is inflict a status effect based on his weapon, and deals no damage.

There are some instances where Khimari was useful, I think? I know that FFX has a lot of party changing going on, which is another reason it is the best, so Khimari would eventually wind his way in. And if you get a weapon with Piercing, he becomes more useful. He's quicker then Auron.
FF9 you could say Aramant(sp?) is pretty useless, He doesn't offer to many great things...Zidane is actually one of the best party members, I am pretty sure you can not switch him out, but, he was very useful for me..His skills may not be to useful, but hes good for just attacking, anyway.
FF8 is hard to think of, they rely heavily on the Junction system. So, you can't really have a BAD character, unless there junctions were poor, I believe? But, I guess Selphie would be the most useless, seeing as she only has that ability that can kill any enemy in one hit. XD
FF7 had Yuffie and Cait Sith...Cait Sith is the biggest waste of a character slot. I mean, his Limit could actually HURT YOUR OWN PARTY! Screw you Cait Sith! On top of that, hes weak.
FF12...Hmm...I am to unfamiliar to really know...I think that game was based on the License System, so it depended on who ever you really wanted to work up..I mean, you could even CHOOSE who had the ability to Summon an Eidolon.
FF13...Hmm.....Vanille isnt to helpful.

I've heard a lot of people say this over the years, and I really don't understand why. He's got great stuff. He's got Auto-Life/Regen, Revival, a Demi that calculates based on Max HP rather than current, a 40% Hp/MP heal, which can easily be used to regenerate his own MP while keeping him alive, multiple ways of inflicting doom, the ability to tack additional elemental weaknesses onto foes, and if I'm not mistaken he also has the ONLY way for players to inflict Venom.
 Idk, maybe I'm crazy to like such things but... yeah...

Hmm..Well that i true. I haven't played in awhile, I havent even gotten up to him yet. I just said him because of my lack of memory of his abilities, meaning for some reason, I didnt use him as much, or I didn't find him AS useful as the others.
Though i do not think Regen was as effective? But, that Demi sounds OP and kind of BS if you are fighting a boss. I will check him out more this play through, I dont recall his play style to much. I know he could throw things. XD

I think most important bosses are just immune to his demi, but they aren't immune to curse. His Chakra, the HP/MP heal is only 20% without the passive ability that doubles it, but I don't recall said passive being hard to obtain. His throwing is mediocre for the cost, but throwing always has been in FF.
