There is a character I've used in many of my stories. His name ahs always changed, but he, in a sense, didn't. So for this, let's call him: Skye.
Skye is a user of swallow, which is a spear, essecnially, with a blade on either end. He's tall, thin, dark brown hair, and deep blue eyes. He has an "X" shaped scar on his wrist from early training with the swallow. He's quiet, but not totally introverted. When surrouned by the people that matter most to him, he comes out of his shell. He normall wears a black shirt with a dragon claw motif on it, and his pants vary. He wears an apparatis similar to Link's from the Zelda seris to cart the swallow around.
The swallow itself is curvy and elegant. The two blades are metalic silver, and the dragon claw is on each blade. The swallow folds in two in the middle, and he places it on his back as such, the blades facing down. For Skye to retrieve it, he pulls it off his back, and whips it forward, snapping into the long spear-ish weapon. If he wanted, he could take out a middle peice, stash it into his pocket, and use the two ends of the swallow independeantly.
His fighting style is acrobatic. He fights with jumps, leaps, kicks, rolls, and other such things. He's agile, but that is his main weak point. He's not super strong. He's kinda weak compared to his friends, but he does show his stuff. He thinks logically, and will plan out any manuevers before going into a mission. That, too, can be a downfall, if you think about it.
His Weapon of Choice is a Enchanted Katanna hes tall Buff has Brown eyes he Dresses in a light brown Trench Coat and Has a Scar Similar to squalls he wears a Blue T-shirt underneath the TrenchCoat and Wears Black Jeans and Has Brown Boots

Weapons: Gloves and gunblade
Strength:Lightning is my element and acrobatics
Weakness: Fire and cute little monkeys!
Not to be a downer, but you gotta think about more than appereace, strenght and weaknesses. You characters have to have a personality, thoughts, feelings, and a past. Your characters have to be a little more indepth to make it an interesting RPG. From what I read, though, you guys have a great start. I can't see what else there is.

Background:Axis has controll over nearly 10tho men and they are called axe weilders he has to turn them over to his half brother but dosent want to and bornehold has propsed to a lady called fraraday Axis falls in love with her then they go diffrent ways and he falls in love with a diffrent lady called azhure so they get married and have children then he gets with fraraday and she gets angrey and they go their ways.
Weapon:a long sword that has runes emplanted in the handle.
Persnaltiy:he has a short temper but ather than that he is pretty good at
being a party member.
My character's name is always the same, but his role is always different in some way.
Name: Kicker
Appearance: 5.5feet tall, blue eyes, brown hair, a mysterious scar on right hand in the shape of a rhino, and huge gaping muscles.
Backround: Abandoned in the Garden as an infant, Kicker has been raised to fight all of his life. Where he came from is unknown, but when he is sent on missions, bizzare things seem to happen to his
enemies, sometimes even his friends. People often call him The Cursed One.
Personality: Kicker is a pretty strange person, some days very talkative, others quiet, but he is always cheerful. He has a die-hard attitude and lets nothing get in the way of his goals. He doesn't think things through, though, he goes with his gut instinct whenever a dicision is to be made. In dire situations he shouts orders that may not seem smart at the time, but when the orders are fullfilled everything always turns out okay.
Weapon: Kicker has a strange experimental weapon called a Barabon that is basically a gun that shoots a sharp large, sharp metal spike at enemies and pulls reels back into the Barabon with a chain that is attached to the spike.
Weakness: Doesn't think things through.
Strength: Great leader in dire situations, physically strong.

KENJI paces back and forth, ever impatient for his foe to arrive, but unknown to him, behind a large boulder, two spies are eagerly waiting as well. SKYE and TEX peer over the rock, to see if anyone or anything is coming.
SKYE
Do you think this is right?
TEX
Hey, we're just following orders, right? She asked us to come out here and see what's going on with Kenji.
SKYE
It just doesn't feel right, though.
TEX
Stop thinking too much. You know he has been getting into a lot of fights lately, she just wants to find out why.
SKYE
I hope things don't get ugly. We were told to intervine if things got bad.
TEX
You did bring your swallow, right?
SKYE
Stutters. Uh..... Part of it... But you came unarmed, too.
TEX
Sighs, then cracks knuckles. You know me, I'm never unarmed.
SKYE
Puts finger to mouth to silence TEX. Tex, do you hear that? It sounds like footsteps.
The 2 warriors charge at each other their Blades Clash their Blades

Kaval"Definetly not bad youve improved
Kenji"Indeed
The sends each other backwards & Kenji thinks to himself
Kenji"(why would she be watching me)
Kaval Charges at Kenji again
Kenji"I dont think so
Jumps out of the way and Dives Down but Kaval knew the maneuver and slashed him in the Shoulder kenji shifts into a Barrel Roll and Smashes into a Near by Rock
Kenji"Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh that all you got
Kaval"no im just starting
Kenji"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Slashes Kaval in the shoulder and Kaval kneels down
