i gonna go out on a limb and say that the location tifa was talking about is the one with the cave that you get to by a bridge with a waterfall nearby. close to chocobo lagoon

it takes ages to get to that lagoon in the first place... back when you only had the reef chocobo... i hated that bit, it was one of the more annoying parts of the game
