this game is sweet but i dont like how you got to wait and pay for the extra parts

He doesn't mean FF XI. He means the sequel to FF IV, set after the actual game. I heard about it but don't really know much about it apart from having Cecil's son in.

I can tell you that FF XI is not on Wiiware. That's not to mention the fact that the topic has the name of the sequel to FF IV. Also, FF XI isn't paid for in different parts; it's a monthly fee for the whole thing.
