ff story lines
 my mate recently told me that ff storylines are crap
i felt like crying! i didn't amply describe the storyline on 7 an i dont think i ever would be able to. could you guys describe your favourites on this so i can show him an prove him wrong? thanks 
he also thinks turn based is gay an he prefers real time but i dont know any real time rpgs on ps2, can you help me?

Well, your mate is one dumbass lol (jk, no offense!)
IMO, most of the FF stories are deep, and have a complex way of showing the characters. Most of the characters have developed personalities too, and are one rich element to the game stories.
Oh, BTW, if you happen to make a post wrong, just edit it. It will save the mods a lot of time

Well, I can´t do a thing about the Active Time Battle or the Turn Battle, but just suggest him to play any single FF from 4 to 9.
Well, explaining a storyline is hard, they are hella developed. Maybe some single ones such as 4 and 5, but from 6 onwards they are really complicated to explain.

Actually, they're pretty simple. It's just that they have many side-stories. A complex STORY would be one that is really really hard to UNDERSTAND, which would kind of ruin the game itself because all you'd be doing is trying to understand what the heck is going on.
