Which type of Final Fantasy character do you usually like the most and least? I mean summoners, black/white/red/time/etc. mages, fighters, and so forth.
I always really liked the concept of the Red Mage, the jack of all trades that is useful in many situations but doesn't really excel in any specific field. The execution was kinda lacking in FFI though, and this type really didn't get used in too many of the later games.
I never got much use out of the "animal mages" or enemy mimicing characters. I just don't like spending a lot of time trying to get an enemy ability that's so weak I'll never use it. I mean, I just kicked this critter's tail, do I really want to be using the same strategy and attacks it didn't succeed with?
Well, in a game I like mages. But If *I* wanted to be a charachter I guess I'd have to be a fighter. Beat up bad guys with nothing but your arms and legs, yeah take that! (I guess I've seen too many kung fu movies)
Yup I usually like the character who can hit the hardest with a weapon since they can easily take out enemies to gain levels faster. Spell casters and summoners take too long with their animations and stretch out the battle longer then it should, just a quick hit and victory dance is the way for me!
Im with you FuN. I like the fighters and hit em hard classes. Just cowboy up and go in there. In FFTA I liked the Paladain and Templar. And In FFX-2 I liked the Dark Knight.
I'm for mage, always have been. My first FF game (and simultaneously first RPG) was FF IX, and I was immediately drawn to Vivi. Every since, mage has been my favourite character.
In real life, I'd want to be a mage too. Being able to call upon fire, water, and the wind (lightning included) to strike down multiple enemies at one time, and the earth to protect me and attack enemies would be awesome.
hmmmm *thinks hard* I like being mage/summoner and a fighter using a weapon lol I always thought mage's/summoner's have such pretty movements plus most of the time there attacks takes out lots of monsters really easily. I also like being a fighter cause well I like beating them up lol well using a type of sword that is lol it makes such pretty sounds lol

i kinda of enjoyed the mimic job from ff5. i could equip just about anything, do whatever i wanted ability wise, and mime it too. its a lazy job and im a lazy person. ^^
