In which case your PC's not good enough to run it in full quality. Try turning down the graphics through the options. Even a 10 year old would know that...assuming you asked one with average IQ or higher.

i got this on console. i believe they just put out a patch that adressed some of the freezes. i would have thought you guys on the pc would have gotten said patch first...
guess ill just laugh my way to megaton now. fwahahaha!

the game on the PC is actually quite stable. my guess is that your video card or CPU is overheating and shutting down.
are you overclocking at all?
if not, then does your video card have plenty of ventilation?
if it does, then i would try to manually set the speed of your video card fan.
if its an Nvidia Card install nTune
not sure what to use for ATI though.
