*Eye twitch*
That's it, i'm blowin' up the world. I am SO flippin' angry, no joke. Why? Well, here's the reasons.
I woke up this morning at 7 am because my mom called. She said that when i get time, i need to go to the deli at jewel. She gave me a list of meats, but i had to stop her. I don't have time today. My day is full. So then the convo goes like this:
"But you're working today, right? Can't you just hand them the paper and say you'll pick it up when you get off work?"
"No, mom, i can't. Deli closes at 8."
"How about break?"
"Don't get it till 9."
"Can't they just put it in the back for you until you get off work?"
"No, cause i'd have to purchase it up front. And the store will be closed. So no, i can't."
"All I'm asking is that you get the meat! Don't you have a friend in deli?"
"No, mom, i don't."
That went on for about 30 minutes before she finally gave up, angry, and hung up on me. So now i'm tired and upset... and i can't go back to sleep. I finish Guilty Verdict Book 1 (cause i was bored), and finally got up for the day. Took me an hour to get dressed cause none of my clothes are clean. Did some laundry before I got another call from my mom.
"Can you wrap Tony's present?"
"Sure, where's the wrapping paper?"
"Uhh.... somewhere in my room. But don't go in! I have the presents everywhere!"
"Is MY present in there?"
"No, but you sister's is. And i don't want you to know."
*sighs* so i left, taking the things i needed for the day with me. First stop, the post office. I had to send a care-package to Saki. It was less money than i thought, but i'm pretty sure i filled out the customs paper wrong. But overall, i'm ok. So then I head to MCC. They did NOT plow the road, which caused me to lose control about 4 times (didn't crash though). Finally got inside the building. Now, i've been talking to an advisor about what to do with my future. She told me to come back today (a week later). So i walk in, and there's a new guy at the desk taking names. It took him about 3 tries to spell my name right, and another 5 minutes before he told me i couldn't see Jody (my advisor).
"You have to see a counciler first. But there's no councilors available right now."
"What do you mean i have to see a councilor? Why can't i just see Jody?"
"Well, you're GPA is below 2.0."
"Why's my GPA below 2.0? I passed all my classes but one."
He refused to explain it to me, but here's why. Failed Sociology, C in RT, passed math, B in speech. Math doesn't count towards my GPA, cause it's just pass/fail. My speech grade didn't make up for the fail in Soc. Not only that, but my forgotten online classes (MCC101 and Computer Literacy), also dragged down my GPA. Oh yes, i was angry.
So I go to hilary's to try to cheer myself up. She liked her Christmas present, shared a few laughs, good day. Leave hilz's house and drive home, stopping at borders and Michaels to find something to do. I made my sister a necklace and i bought a few books (not yaoi). Come home. My dad's yelling at tony on the phone (tony is my great uncle). I roll my eyes and do some chores. My dad stops out, "So, how has your day been?"
"Neutral... in a bad way."
"What happened at your meeting?"
"Meeting? You mean the MCC thing? Don't wanna talk about it."
So then i got about a 2 hour lecture about how i'm sneaky (nice way of saying it).
So i finally calm down, go upstairs and guess what, it's 4:30. One hour before my ever so delightful 6-midnight shift at Jewel starts.
.....seriously, this world is gone by tomorrow. Move to another planet if you wish to survive.

I don't know what to say crazed. You are going through lots and lots of stuff.
Just don't let people who are acting like jerks get to you, I know, that is waaaaay easier said than done. You have to consciously and painfully drive them out of your mind and try as hard as you can to think of something, anything, plesant. It can be something small, cookies, games, etc. just long enough to let your mind try to heal.

I am sorry your day sucked. I totally get the thing with your mom. I've had my mom do that exact thing...well not that EXACT thing...cuz she doesnt ask me to pick out meat at the deli but I have had her ask me to do things that she thought should be easy and they just arent gonna be and then get crap for not being able to work it in.
And Im sorry for this next part, but Im blatantly honest and so I have to. I think you deserve to get crap about those sort of grades. Maybe not so much if you had really given it your all, but I doubt that since you just spaced off classes. Now I may be wrong, I dont know the circumstances of why you spaced off two classes. Maybe you had a lot going on at the time. I will tell you though that if next semester you get your * together that maybe some tension around the house will ease up a bit and you wont have to listen to your parents complain nearly as much. Now thats all speculation. Maybe despite what you do they will find ways to complain the same amount anyways.
So I hope you dont hate me and Im sorry that your day sucked XD ....and I totally support you if you want to blow up the world XD

The thing with my mom is... sadly, a common occurrence.
And it's not like i spaced off about 2 classes. They were online, in the middle of the semester. Between papers and speeches, i didn't even remember I signed up for them until the last week they were going on (sometime in november). It was MCC101 (basically, a 4 week class on... how to.... be? Yes, how to exist in college), and Computer Literacy (lesson i actually tried to do started out with "Type the following sentence in the space below: The farmer went to the farm, the duck went to the pond; they both do not like ham.").
And sociology I failed cause... well, nobody believes me, but my teacher is friggin' crazy. Remember that survey i needed from you guys? That was for sociology. I did the research, everything she wanted. The power point had everything she asked for on the syllabus. And then she tells us our grades. I got a 0 on it, because she didn't see my works cited. I told her they were at the end, i paused so she could see them. She said that she didn't see them, so it doesn't count. Now, my powerpoint is ON her computer (we had to email it to her). I told her if she checked it, she'd SEE the WC page. And she checked, and she saw it. And then she told me that it was my fault for not pointing it out to her earlier (BEFORE I EVER KNEW SHE DIDN'T SEE IT!). And then she announced that she "lost" 2 of my papers. So basically, i got myself screwed by a crappy teacher.

I think you really need to have a conversation with that teacher to set things straight.
Make her tell you exactly what she wants and do that. Therefore, she cannot ever tell you that you didn't do something because she has already told you exactly what is needed...

Well that sucks about your teacher...although I think its a little later to talk to her flare the class is over XD Maybe you need to go complain about her formally....up to you....I've known people who got better grades on there papers for this...and those who didnt so it can happen but its not guaranteed XD

I think that's the lesson that needs to be learned (although a little too late). You need to do something when these things happen. I'm assuming that you didn't do anything about it, but I could be wrong.

Well, because i'm below 2.0, i'm on academic probation. If i don't get out of it by next semester, then i'm on academic suspension, which means no more financial aid. but as long as i re-take the class, my grades will be replaced. I'm already re-taking MCC101. So now i have to fit Sociology and Comp. Lit into my schedule somehow. I think if i just to Comp. Lit and try extremely hard on my classes i'm already enrolled in (paid for classes already), i'll have a high enough GPA so that i can just retake sociology next year. And i'm getting the guy teacher, not flippin' Swanson.
My friend Michelle (who actually bothered going to the final even though she was doing worse than i was in the class) said that 3 people showed up. Her, this one guy that looks like barak obama, and the crazy mother who always thinks she's right. XD
