Expectations?
So with 13 soon approaching (ok maybe not so soon...), I can't help but think about how much attention square's actually paid to fans of the series... what new features to add, etc.
What are some of the things everyone here is expecting to see out of XIII?
I for one would really like a New Game+ feature... seeing as X-2 was the only final fantasy game to have it...
Cuz it sometimes really bums me out when I finish an ff game and.... that's it... it's over. and in order to enjoy the adventure again I have to start completely fresh, making almost all the work I've done seem like it went down the drain. but.... yeah...
anyway...

In the preview on the PSN I think there is only 1 good voice actor from it and that is the kid (Hope Estheim ) that says, "You wanna help the l'Cie, but they're the enemy!" Best voice to fit a character...
Didn't mind the (I'm going with New Zealand) voice of Vanille but then again, I didn't expect that. I enjoyed the FFXIII dubs that IGN put out. Pure gold, I'd have wanted Sazh to keep the voice from them even though it is stereotypical... His voice in the trailers sounds... (as ignorant as it is for me to say this) he sounds white...

To be honest, expectations are not really too high after what happened with 10, 10-2, 11, and 12.
I think people want this to be a good game, especially since it's supposed to be on the PS3, but I don't think anyone expects it to be the best game ever.

I agree with Lucky, although I haven't played XI so I won't make any judgement on that. Of course, the monthly fee doesn't help it's case.
As for XIII, I hope that it will be a return to the decent storylines similar to those of the games before IX.

XD I thought the exact same thing when I heard it. well except for it being the ONLY good voice actor...
I was kinda hoping they were gonna show more of his voice in the trailers but sadly he had but one line... =(
