Ok cool, yeah when I played all I could do was warp to different galaxies and hover around for hours.

pfffft, now theres mining, you build your own ships, fighting probes, mining probes, and choose big guns to shoot at people with

so speaking of beautiful games, has anyone played ICO for ps2? the game was... ok at best, but visually, it was art.

Yeah that game is talked about all of the time about how it was so beautiful and the game failed. Personally someone tried to show it to me when it first came out and from a gaming standpoint it wasn't something that I just had to play, I was more like "oh that looks nice... so what other games are out now?" I suppose everyone else had the same impression about it which is why it was buried.

well i actually own it (only played through it once). sadly it wasnt groundbrekaing in any way shape or form, but like i said... art. the same ppl who made that game are either coming out with or is out now a new game. but i forget what its called (im going to look it up now)

I was just checking out FUNNN News and see that EVE Online reaches 70,000 subscribers. Wow that is weird that they have that many subscribers and noone ever talks about this game:

Nobody talks about Fallout too or Counter Strike anymore or Dark Throne or any good games.
Doesn't mean they don't exist...just not hyped enough to step out of the chambers of the actual game chat or forums

Well other than Counter Strike which later succumbed to Hype, and Fallout which gained a cult following, alot of great games I know including this site of yours are rarely mentioned but when they do, they are highly praised.
I've visited forums before where Eve was mentioned. That's why it isn't surprising to me.

I'm weird this way. The minute I saw Ico, I was like "I'm getting that game" and the min. I saw GTA/Halo/Zelda games my impression is the same as yours (the part about: oh it looks nice...so what other games are out now?"
