Email notices
Up until the other day I had my account set to sent me emails whenever someone replied to a topic i was 'watching', i have now set my account to not do that but i'm still recieving emails. Is there anything that can be done about this because it's getting rather annoying having my phone shouting at me every time someone posts on the forum XD

How did you "i have now set my account to not do that?" Are you talking about your account here or your email account? If you still have your email going to your phone and only set the check box on your account here to not notify you of replies, then you will still get notifications to all the threads you subscribed to previously that are still being posted to. When you un-check the box to stop replies it only stops on topics you post on after you un-check the box. You can verify that each time you post by looking under the text box and making sure "Notify me when a reply is posted" in still unchecked. Up in the right hand corner you will see a link for topics you are currently subscribed to. You will need to unsubscribe to those active threads to end all notifications.
Edit: to get to the topics you are still watching, start with the main forum view page and in the upper right, click on "View posts since last visit" then look in the same place and click on, "View all topics you watching"
