em ultima help =D
hey...does someone know how to get a lot of ultima =D:..magic or stone, i dont care....cos i tried to get ultima by drawing it in the island closest to hell and heaven...but each draw point gives me 4 ultima..or 2 =(...so i got tired of it..i just have 96 ultima...and i want 204 more =D...could someone tell me a way....and also for aura =D

Been a while since I played FF8. There is a village way up north (shumi village i think) where there is an ultima draw point. You do have to pay to use it (5000 or something IIRC), but it usually gets you a nice number.

That draw point is honestly the easiest.. How hard is it to raise money anyways? Google the SeeD Test answers and max those out.. run around in circles, get a couple paychecks, and you should be set.. If not, fight a few monsters, sell the loot XD.
I can't remember the stat but you need really high Spirit I think.. Then you can draw 7-9 everytime you draw from a draw-point.. Then just run outa the Shumi Village.. fight a battle or two.. and then go back in and the Draw should be ready.. If not, just run a bit further away from the village until you find the perfect distance..
SPOILER!
During the final boss.. Make sure someone (If not everyone. I always had every character have this action) Have "Draw" equiped.. During Ultamicia's Final Form (The big galaxy/space battle), Use draw.. Don't bother drawing it more than once because it's not like you can equip it since after the battle is the end of the game.. HOWEVER.. Draw it once so you know the spell.. Then select the command "Draw", Then you can use "Cast" for that spell without using anything. ^.^
The spell "Apocalypse" pwns Ultima by a long shot. =P

Methods of obtaining Ultima:
1. Playing cards, get Ultima/omega weapon card then change the card to ultima stone. (time wasting method, not recommended)
2. Drawing from the Draw Point at Shumi Village. (waste of money, time - have to wait for draw point to regenerate and amount drawed is intermediate)
3. Drawing from Island Closest to Hell and Island Closest to Heaven. (Faster way, waiting time for draw point to regenerate is slightly faster)
4. Drawing from Ultima Weapon at Deep Sea Research facility. (Fastest way, waiting time depends on characters ATB, most efficient way of drawing, slightly high risk)
The one I'm recommending is the 4th method, get it from Ultima weapon if you think running around at Island closest to hell is driving you mad. Note that if you didn't draw any Ultima spell from Ultima Weapon then defeating it will give you 100 ultima stone, but its better to draw and stock all 300 ultima spells from Ultima weapon. What damage it can do? The pathetic Ultima beam which deals 9999 instant KO to one character?
Just use the one drawer, two supporter strategy if you wanna play safe or two drawers and one supporter if you wanna finish off drawing quickly. The key here is to have a high MAG and SPR so you can draw a good amount of ultima from Ultima Weapon for each drawing (aim for 8 or 9). So, lets say you're using the two drawer one supporter strategy - two characters will be stocking ultimas while the other one just de-select or in standby mode in case anyone of the characters died. Once one of the character stocked 100 ultimas, switch his role to supporter and the other supporter will start drawing. So, its basically like:
Squall: I'm drawing! Cover me!
Rinoa: Okiee
Irvine: I'm drawing too, baby. UGH! *got hit by Ultima beam*
Rinoa: Phoenix Down!
*after Squall finished his ultima stocking*
Squall: I'm done, now its your turn Rinoa.
Rinoa: OK!
Irvine: I'm almost there, stocked 77 Ultimas so far..UGH! (why always me) *hit by Ultima beam*
Squall: Phoenix Down!
Get the picture? Ultima weapon is the major source of Ultima spells in the game, and its very fast to stock Ultima spells from it. It takes maybe around 10-15 minutes for all your characters to have 300 Ultimas stocked. Note: You won't get the 100 ultima stones after defeating Ultima Weapon if you've drawed even 1 ultima spell from it. So, you make the choice - 100 or easy 300 ultima spells with a slight risk.
But ya know, if you're not aiming for only Ultima spells..the two Island closest to hell and heaven is the best option. There are tonnes of best spells there, Tornado, Aura, Triple, Full-Life, Ultima..

I´d say stick with Enc-None and the Islands, you can get lots of good magic in a short time. Not only Ultima but Holy/Flare/Meteo/Full-life which are really good at junctioning 
As for drawing from a monster, I think Ultima Weapon's your only source.

yeah now i know...i thought it was the other way around xD....
i already have 300 meteors, flares and holys...im just missing ultima (which i hve 96) and full-life i guess ...but now im on the deep sea research facility, getting to ultima weapon =D
edit: wooo hoo..i beated ultima weapon...it wasnt as hard as i thought it was :S...the only thing that scared me..was when it threw me gravija, and dealt 7500 hp to each one of my chars...but i used a megaelixir and nothing happened....i drew the 200 ultima i was missing =D so thx....and after beating it...they gave me 100 ultima stones ...so know i have 400 ultima lool
now im looking for auras =D...any ideas

You can draw Auras basically from Island Closest to hell & heaven, Trabia Garden (hidden at the cemetery), or Draw it from Seifer inside Lunatic Pandora (nearing the end of Disc 3).
You can also get it by Tool-RF ability of these items (maybe some junks you have in your inventory - or a result of Card Moding): Steel pipe, fury fragment, Power wrist, etc.
You can try fighting a Blue Dragon at the icy continent outside of Shumi Villlage and Lv-UP it using Tonberry's skill, for each time u level up check its spells (it should have Aura spell near its high level, I'm not sure which level sry). The rate of encounter outside Shumi Village is much lower than that of Island closest to hell for Blue Dragon.
Btw, personally I think Aura is a useless spell for stat junctioning at late game except for the limit break access (cast it, limit break time). There are better spells that can be junctioned onto stats such as: Full-Life (HP), Meteor (STR), Meltdown (VIT), Triple, Tornado, Holy, Ultima,etc.

o lol ok...then im not drawing auras..i thought it was a very usefull magic for junction...but now that u tell me it isnt...i wont draw it....i have 40 so i think thats enough if i only wanna use it in important battles...well thx anyway for all the info =D

Auras are really good for tough battles, though they might not be your best junction magic. Just use them in all those tough battles you want to spam limits on
