Easiest way to kill some enemies and some bosses
Just cast Inviz or Vanish on your opponent and cast X-Zone.. Well, i like doing that on bosses.. But not all bosses can be killed by that trick..
But this trick ruin the fun.. Only do this trick if your level is so very very low than the opponent..

Then you'll just need to steal them with Locke (If he is in your party)
(Note: I also heared that Strago can learn steal when some gp gets stolen by him, you can find monsters stealing gp in Zozo)

equip the relic that makes you cast two spells(jewel box i think) and the relic that makes all your spells cost 1 mana(economizer) then cast ultima twice and poof, all enemies gone

That´s better anyway 
The trick to the item thing, is that you could use Doom instead of X-Zone (the fact is most of the important items are held by single enemies), and if you find many enemies, cast Vanish/Doom on the one you are interested in, then X-Zone on the rest.
Anyway, that removes the game´s fun, and it isn´t much necessary, for me it wasn´t an overall hard game.

Yup...
I used the Vanish/Doom on DoomGaze (X-Zone doesn´t do... You don´t get Bahamut lol), but just because of lazyness... Anyway, there aren´t too hard bosses... In fact, I have beaten Atma (the one that looks like Atma Weapon from Kefka´s tower) with just Celes

Use that in the forest shaped like a whale when you fight the dinosuars unless your guys are on level 50 or higher

Dinosaurs can be deadly indeed... If you fight the Brachosaur, you´ll know that just a level of 50 isn´t enough... But I think the easiest way to level up, may take a while but it really works:
-First, destroy the world 
-Second, get Locke
-Third, Go to the island where you found Celes the first time.
-Fourth, steal 4 Megalixirs from the monsters in the desert there (this one will take some time).
-Fifth, Go to the colosseum
-Sixth, SAVE...
-Seventh, get ready, coz you´ll have to bet the 4 Megalixirs you just earned in order to get 4 relics (I think they were Tintinabars) and that´s hella hard at a low level. Siegfried´s really strong.
-Eight, exchange the earned relics for 4 Exp Eggs.
-Ninth, go to the forest mentioned above
-Tenth, kill Dinosaurs with the Exp Eggs equipped and level up in no time
