Do you watch tv shows on tv networks anymore, or DVDs?
I thought of this because I seem to watch most shows on dvd now, rather than on tv itself lol.
Last year I watched Futurama, Curb your Enthusiasm, Seinfeld and Scrubs on dvd compared to only a few shows on tv which i only watched randomly really.

TV for me except for shows which rarely get shown or are on late due to having to high an age rating like Family Guy and American Dad.
Over here Scrubs and Futurama are on that often it isnt worth buying the DVDs.

Yeah Scrubs is on once a week here (though on more on cable but we don't have the channel, lol) and it is on at 11pm, it's a joke.
Same thing for Curb. I dont understand why such good shows are shafted on network tv here.

Seems odd. Scrubs is the most strangest show for times here. We have about 5 different networks that all have the rights to a different season. So somewhere Scrubs is always on. Some showings are on Sky but we also have something called Freeview and atleast 2 of the networks that show it are on there.
I don't watch Curb but its on at least twice a week in a good timeslot like 10pm here.

yup... tv, i rarely watch dvd's, and the only shows i download are anime, like the melachony of suzumiya haruhi, deathnote, code geas, and right now, the gundam wing...
and on tv i watch every week

- NCIS
- STARGATE!

like the fact that you dont need to really pay to watch the tv shows...but having the dvd's are so much more handy (especially when they are on at odd times..or never)
some shows it is good that they are later though- like lost. because my parents are in not watching t.v by then..so i can get to watch it..as they hate shows like that lol.

I don't buy many shows on DVD, they're too expensive IMO. There aren't many shows I like well enough to justify paying ~$30-$40 for one season.

south park dvd box sets are reallllly annoying me. here in britain they have only released series 1-4..even though on t.v it has gotten to about season 12.

lol, we don't have a credit card... so that doesn't work that well neither...
though i did look on amazon.com for gamecube games, and damn they're cheap in the states... but then the problem came: i wasn't sure if they could be played on a european gamecube...
does anyone know if they can, and if DVD players don't notice any difference?
