Difference between FF XIII and the versus
Well is there is any difference between FFxIII and the versus. Are they identical to one another?

they are different stories, related only cuz they have something to do with crystals...that's all i believe, i don't think there's anything else between them...

yes they are. go on SE main site and FFXIII is already there, whereas FF versus XIII is not.
you can also find several vids on youtube and other vid rich sites, they are not related in anyway...other that the crystals mentioned before

Both are using the universe in a sense like Tsuki said it has to do with the Fabula Nova Crystallis (which is what XIII, versus XIII and XIII agito)
Also both use the same engine (Crystal Tools) that Square made for XIII and will be probably using for quite some time.
Those Japanese love their crystals! lol

They sure do! And anything cute and fluffy.. ahem.. But the combat method is, as was said, more action oriented, and world setting is supposed to be more 'moody' in Versus. Also I think they will make it a single character type quest..
