You're saying there there must have been something wrong with the bullies; wanting a reason for thier actions.
You're saying there must have been something wrong with the girl; wanting a reason for her actions
You're saying that the princible didn't do anything because he was a bad person and that's it.
Why can't the princible have a good reason for his actions? Why was he all of a sudden judged to be the bad guy when everyone else was entitled to excuses?
ditto to what craz said
in general system's theory, if one single part of the system's not working correctly, the whole system or its design is to blame.
i don't think the principal is the ultimate bad guy, i never said that. he takes part of the blame coz as craz said, it's his job to deal with this kind of stuff, and the girl's mother called him several times to ask "is my daughter safe?" to what he always replied "yes", even when the girl's friends and even a teacher had came to him saying what was happening with the bullies. that's how the principal's to blame
the girl is to blame? yes, she didn't try talking to her parents or someone who could help her. i know it's hard when you're a teenager and stuff, but i believe death has no excuse
the bullies are to blame? of course, picking on a person and mocking her after her death? that's pretty f*cked up, there's something wrong in their heads
the girl's family and the bullies' family? YES! and i mean YES! when a parent notices (and yes, they usually should) there's something wrong with their kids and they won't tell them, well, they have to find ways to try and talk to their children. the way they educate their children plays an important role here, i for instance can't keep anything important from my parents, i just can't even if i try, i end up spilling everything, but that's just the way i was educated. in other words, the kids folks should make of their homes a trust-based system, so their children can come up to them and talk about whatever is eating them
who else is to blame? we could point fingers to dozens of ppl, and still it would be meaningless to just point it at them. the objective of the program i was watching was to show parents, school personnel and teenagers what could happen if this bullying is not taken as a problem

And why is everyone leaving it up to the principle.
It's her freinds' job to do something; it's her parents' job to do something; it's her teachers' job to do something and so on. The point is that in the end, everyone's responsible because nobody did anything. So everyone's the "bad guy" in this situation.
was there a vice principal to begin with? we all know there are lots of ppl who share the blame lucky, but in a real life job, the 'leader' is responsible, and he's the one who has to face the consequences, even if it was a member of his 'team' who did it. that's right what happened here. that and the testimonials of various ppl saying they when to HIM and he didn't do anything
like i told you, i don't blame just the principal, the list i posted above could go on and on, and still it'd be meaningless if ppl couldn't see what i'm trying to point out: this case was not that of suicide, rather a cooperative murder
...makes not much sense XD since no one touched the girl, but she wasn't the only one involved, that's what i mean

Being a "leader" is a difficult thing. I comes with the privaledge of doing what you want, but the downfall of getting the blame, no matter who did it.
exactly, that's what happened to the principal. the bullies weren't stopped when the girl was still alive, they aren't being stopped even after her death. that's what everyone's mad at, he hasnt done anything to stop them. of course the bullies are gonna get some punishment, but not from the principal
