dark aeons
i hear alot about these dark areon things what are they?! were are they and wat is the point in fighting them. anyways anyone know?

once you've got close to the end of the game you will be able to battle all of the dark aeons, they are supped up versions of your aeons, and evil.
you should realy want to be able to battle sin before you take on valefor's alterego, and try to defeat them in order, skip one and it's a big step up.
There is nothing special for beating them all, just a show down against Penance, the ultimate boss.

When you are close to the end, and Braska's Aeon has been defeated, Yu Yevon will take over your Aeons and they shall become the Dark Aeons. Also in Final Fantasy X International, you have to fight the Dark Aeons, which are summoned by other summoners, Dark Valefor is right when entering Besaid(This is X International). And the Dark Aeons in X International are so much tougher, and then when all are defeated, you have to fight this cool kick-ass final Dark Aeon.
