Yup I sure do, and I plan to upgrade again. Here is the thing though, right now since the 64bit technology is still new I want to wait to see the prices of the new technology that is coming out this summer, like the DDR2 RAM for the motherboard.
Here is the thing, I can afford a super sweet rig, but I may just get an average gaming PC for this upgrade, then later on upgrade it again. Right now I will get the:
AMD 64 3200 Venice CPU
Asus Motherboard
Geforce 6800 256MB DDR3 PCI E card
I already have 1GB of PC3200 DDR Ram in my PC and 2 SATA 80GB and 160GB hard drives that I will use with my new system.
I plan to get the Dual Core AMD 64 4400 CPU with the Geforce 7800 Graphics card, but I will wait for the new Vista OS to come out.

AMD 64 3400+ 939
1gb DDR 3200 Ram
ATI Radion 9800 Pro
Abit AV8 VIA K8T800
Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005
250gb Western Digital SATA150 7200rpm
120gb Western Digital ATA133 7200rpm
30gb Fireball ATA100 7200rpm
it works for me. i still need a TV and Radio Tuner to work with Media Center Editon. and since i have an Xbox360 i can stream video files from my PC to my 65in HDTV.

Mitsubishi
$$$ i have no clue. my dad bought it and i use it the most (except when Sports or West Wing is on. then he dominates that room, my mom controlls the room when CSI is on)
yah it just works. with PC you dont use your thumbs. with Xbox you use your thumbs.
it just feels right.
plus the graphics are amazing without blowing a hole in my pocket (like the PC) the Project Gotham Racing 3 demo was AMAZING. im serious. it was completely next gen (though the car models were a bit too shiney)
aaany way. i cant play FEAR. but i hope it goes to the 360 so i can play it sometime.
