crystal bangle
i have one crystal bangle (raises hp 100%) is there anyway to get another?

Only way is to go through with New Game Plus. It's not available for purchase anywhere and there's only one place in the game that you can get it. . .and that's when you beat the Machina Panzer.

you can get two..the other one is in the base of nooj...the justice something...enter the elevator then go straight to the next area then...once you enter the next area you will see their base dont go ahead yet...go to the right of the screen near the cliff...you can find one here..yuna will jump ...and that's it..

That's actually the Mythril Bangle, it only raises HP by 60%

There are multiple ways of getting it, without starting a NGP. One way, as Gust said, is to get lucky and recieve it from the Land Worm. Check a few FAQs on GameFAQs. The Accessory one is very helpful.
