Concerts!
So long story short ive been seeing this chick and she got me into Coheed and Cambria. this was like 4 months ago, and ever since ive been on a roll. i like, know every album. and friday night we went to see them live doing their 10 year aniversary tour and it was awesome. like 2 and a half hours of non-stop awesome. annnd they recorded it as an album so ive got it forever. some awesome memories.
anyway. that gave me the idea to put up a concerts thread. what concerts has everyone gone to recently? your fav concerts? anything?
I also went to see Badfish (sublime tribute band) on jan 1st. that was an awesome show too. they sound just like sublime and they own original songs from their other band name (same guys) scotty dont are great too.

Not true. Just saw Billy Talent at the Cisco Ottawa Blues Fest. It used to be a Blues festival but now a lot of acts come up from every genre of music.
It's all open air stages and there was a couple I wanted to see. Tragically Hip, Buddy Guy... Also Pearl Jam is having a concert in Ottawa in September but it's pretty much sold out.

As i posted on the rest of the forum. IRON FECKIN MAIDEN MOFOS!
Saw them yesterday at the Nottinghgam Arena and they blew me away with sheer awesome and pure epic win. They are the best band I have ever seen live and it was worth every penny to see them even though i had a seating ticket at the other side of the arena.
