Cloud & Sephiroth in FF 8?

Cloud & Sephiroth in FF 8?
I've read in a walkthrough that you can get Cloud instead of Gilgamesh and if you finish the game 10 time with all items, all weapons, all cards that Sephiroth will appear instead of Squall when you play the game from the beginning. Is that true? Has anyone tried that?

I can guarantee there's no way to get Cloud and Sephiroth in FFVIII (maybe I should say yet) although using GameShark codes OR any sort of ways.

once, i heard if you imported a gold chocobo into your ff8 game through some extra wires that you have to solder to your playstation, then when you get to the scene where the garden flys for the first time, its just a giant chocobo and instead of squall on it... its jesus!

Yeah, although seriously speaking, I´ve seen vids of Griever being used XD
