Classics on the Wii
Does anybody download some of the old nintendo classics via the Wii?
I heard it can be done via a Wii Card.
I think Metroid, Zelda, and all the old Mario games are available for download.

yeah i got the original sonic (only one i didnt own as a cartridge), original zelda game and kirby's dream land. all super great and can be played with the wiimote so no extra purchases.

You could buy the $20 classic controller though. It could make the games feel more like the original.

I got Kirby's Dreamland but it made me angry because after playing it I realised that Nightmare in Dreamland is just the same game under a different name.

I just couldn't imagine playing a classic without a decent controller ment for it.
That pistol grip looks cool though. I would get that, it would be so much cooler then just holding the Wiimote.
It would probably be kind of cool to use it on Red Steel.

not sure how red steels controller scheme would work with it, but i think you can change the setup...
the main thing is make it so that the b button is the shooting button. thats all that matters with the gun i think
