How the Hell do you kill that stupid Chubby Esper he just wont get hurt by anything I send him we are all LVL 50 and I have Curaja but he is just to good he kills everyone that I have and when I get my Quickenings off they are weak I summon all the other espers I have but I just cant kill this thing help please
Hmmm...best bets at your level is to buy 3 black belts and equip them. Depending on how far you are in the story, you can buy them from the guy putside the waterway. That will protect you from Disable.
Next, make sure you buff up with protect, shell and definately bubble. Kill all the jellies first, as they are a huge annoyance in this fight. Have someone on permanant curaja duty because of the draining field, and the other two to attack and remove status effects.
Only other thing i can recommend is either levelling up more, checking you have the latest equipment and best defences and maybe have the Zodiac Spear, or a 100+ 2H weapons because he ignores evade stats making shields useless.
the chubby esper he's talking about is the tainted king you can get him in the sewer something....you can get there in Rabanastre i forgot the whole details and names of the place
about the zodiac spear you can get it only and only if you follow some requirements by not opening any chest on 4 different places..if you open even 1 chest then say goodbye to zodiac spear....and also you need to go an extremely dangerous place full of powerful crazy * to get this spear...Necrohol of Nabudis is the place also there's an esper here...
man... i open almost all chest i see i hope i never saw those 4 chests...i could do it the other way but... it will be a while befor i get 10 espers
Places of the tressure chest not to open..
(1) In the "low town" directly in front of old Dalan's place.
(2) The treasure coffers in the cellars' southeast corner.when you have to go inside the castle to steal something (beginning of the story)
(3) The treasure coffers in the Confiscatory. This is after you recover your lost equipment in the Nalbina dungeons.
(4) There is a huge stash of sixteen treasure chests at the eastern point of Vaddu Strand (Phon Coast Region). If you have opened any of the previous chests, you only receive Gil. But the Zodiac Spear bestows 150 attack and 8 evasion.
well, its actually 0.1% chance, but people have actually got it.
If you want to know, its a 10% spawn rate the chest, a 10% chance then to be an item, and if the chest is an item, a 10% chance to be a zodiac spear with diamond armlet equipped
best bet start all over again....i just hate the bats in Henne mines...they attack every half a second and damage you 2-3 thousand and there's 3-4 bats killin ya at the same time...thats not all...if you dont kill them fast they will selfdestruct dealing even greater damage and no exp..
