do you own one? i do but it only unlocks one thing, kotr so does it do other things. it must right why would u have to work so hard. first the river chocobo, then mountaain, mate them, get black, mate with wonderful, it just seems like a lot of work, and all the time u have to collect carob and zeio nut it just seems like it would enable something more spectacular

true but those you can get with the black chocobo, hp<->mp with the mountain ,mime mountain and the only one i see is the kotr with gold.

the gold chocobo seams to be worse than my wonderfull chocobo.
on the other hand I'm glad I got KotR, It's not as good as having pheonix connected to final attack, but it's a super powerfull attack.

you get loads of new materia,one of em lets you repeat the last move without using any np(i did that with kotr on the last battle) and i think quad magic. loads of stuff to discover(not to mention how easy it wins at the races)
