Yep, beaten CC group. I'm sure you did too, right?
Though one missed the CC group sidequest at Disc 1,2 and 3, there's still can do it in Disc 4 (the difference is you don't need to beat them in order to unlock the others).

i personaly find playing cards really easy...tho gotta say i hate playing with edea on disc 3...or in esthar...the rules can be really hard
