concentrate more on dodging the birds than collecting the balloons. If you have the chance of hitting a balloon and a bird, or missing both, miss both.
On the opening stretch, don't go for any balloons until you get one on your side.

it is a tough 1 to get but try get as much balloones as possible and avoid the annoying birds lol i think it took me a few hours b4 i did it but the sword is well worth it ^^
