Cactuar
I have no idea where to find the cactuar. I'm already on disc 4. And all I fight near Kuja's desert palace are antlions. Do they even come out in this game.

Sorry Dark Mage,I've never encountered any cactuar during my FF9 game. Mayb they dun really exist in FF9,shud ask others abt tis.

This is where I found them:
I went to Qu's Marsh on the forgotten continet, it's on an island. Below that, is the forgotten continet. Where I just walked around and found quite a few Cactuars, with three to four in a battle. I can give to the name of the island when I get home, if you wanna wait for a little while longer.

Only if Quina is undeveloped. He/she was, then I went back and started playing it agian, and as Quina leveled up, I realized the potential. Quina's Blue Magic has some of the best stuff.
