Breaking Dawn

I think the covers are pretty but the books are too Mary Sue for me I feel like I can find something similar on Fanfiction.net for free rather than pay money for it. There are several Buffy and Angel fanfics as well as several other vampire animes, books, movies, games, and TV shows written in a similar fashion. Its also kind of ridiculous for fans of the book to pay money and go to the town the book is set in what do they actually expect to meet the characters or something. There my rant for this book and that will be all I have to say about it cause I refuse to get roped into any more arguments oh wait one more thing STEPHANIE MEYER IS NOTHING LIKE ANNE RICE STOP COMPARING THEM CAUSE THEY'RE TWO DIFFERENT AUTHORS WITH TWO SEPARATE WRITING STYLES! Okay that's it for me.

Twilight really exploded with hype it's crazy. Part of me doesn't get how it got so popular so fast. I give credit where credit is due; it's a fun story, easy and quick to read and I did enjoy the Cullens (I've only read Twilight, wasn't impressed enough to move on) but Bella seemed flat and as aforementioned mary-sueish. Meh, overall I'd say the books are fine, but man, they really just got crazy popular. I have a few friends obsessed with them, but to each their own

I just got the books about a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been very busy to read anything; I still haven’t finished the first book, so I can’t really give my straight opinion. However; the story sounds nothing like Buffy and Angle or any typical vampire story, I got sick of those, but Twilight is by all means different and more brilliant, especially the way it was written. I can’t see the similarity between Bella and Mary Sue… I can’t say anymore about this for I haven’t finished the book.
I am always ready to buy and read new books; it’s never a waste of money for me. I don’t regret buying these books; it’s not like I find a magnificent fiction everyday, actually most fictions these days are stupid, but Twilight is simply amazing.
