Better lookin'
I dont know about you but I think that Rinoa, Garnet and Tifa look the same almost! They have the same features! But in the game the only character who kept gettin ''beautiful'' said to her every second is Garnet. But in my opinion I think (from a girls perspective) Tifa is the best lookin.

No, don't get it wrong. Its the system of FF9, squaresoft (that time was squaresoft right) decided to release FF9 in small and cute characters as FF7 - due to popular demand (the cute figures) after FF8. Thats why all the characters in FF9 is babyish.
By the way, I voted Rinoa....
