Max Yuna's stats, which takes a lot of Spheregrid work, and then work on feeding Bahamut stats.
It's really just a lot of grinding, and it's not really worth it. If you have the international version there are enemies that are worth the time, but Anima has the multihit overdrive in that version.
I mostly just spent time farming up Bahamut's stats so I could beat up Nemesis multiple times.

I'd have to say Yojimbo too.
Even though he requires money for his services, as long as you have plenty of gil, he can wipe out an enemy in a single swipe, if he respects you enough, that is, otherwise he'll send out his dog.
Frustrating when against a dark aeon....
