Liberi Fatali is more than just cool. That song is nothing short of a masterpeice. Listened out of contex, that song can not be distingushed from a video game opener. Unless, of course, you know it is, heh. That song was the single reason I learned to compose music, and sky rocketed my interest in music.
The animation: FF VIII was the whole reason I wanted to get into animatiion in the first place, and Liberi Fatali almost sealed the deal. (It was the ending that did it, lol.) Not only was the motion capture AMAZING, but the quality of the work and editing of other full motion videos was spectalcular! My jaw dropped when I saw this for the first time.

Thanks. I'm actually in the early works of transcibing a short Fantasy Novel I wrote into a script.
Heh, If I had my choice, (and a jillion dollars,) I would defenitly hire both Amano and Nomura as concept desginers and Uematsu for the music. Yeah.

Hey, my other favorite FMV has to be the one where Squall leaps off of the clock tower, and drives that cool car.
