Baldurs Gate 2
ok who knows this game? i hope to find someone who finished it as well and can help me....i actully know this game almost like the back of my hand lool
there's just one thing i can't cope with...during the game you can collect these skeleton parts..they're find in Athkatla...at the end when you've collected all of them a lich arises and you have to beat him...thats the only thing i was never albe to do...and it makes me upset...grrr lol

this game is one of the best games ever made...
it is #2 on my list of "top 10 games'
#1 is Baldurs Gate 1...
the sad thing is i never actually completed this amazing thousand-hour epic..
*sigh*
anyone who hasent played baldurs gate 2 and wants to know what the king of all RPG's is... buy it for like $10 somewhere.. and give it a run, any thoughts you had of a good RPG will be thrown out the window as this game truely is the king of all RPG's.
the exciting part is the team that made BG2 & BG1 are making Neverwinter Nights 2. and Neverwinter Nights 2 comes out October 31st 2006.... W00t im excited as all crazy!

oh i want NW2 too..i have NW 1...i also have Icewind dale 1,2..though ID 2 is not as good but still nice....
but BG is definitelly the best of them all....darn just that stupid lich i can't beat

in general is one main character (you) with your party..you choose them from ppl you meet during your journey (in NW you can have just one person with you..in ID you create your whole party)...and you have to save the world lol obviously...
the conflict is different in each game, it would be quite a long writing...but they are really cool..you have your main quest and plenty of side quest..really good side quest..except ID 2..you mainly just stick to your main quest..
thats why i love BG..it has plenty cool side quests, you can move free around the wolrd map...you even have a reputation here which affect quite a lot of things...it can go higher or lower, depends on your actions

I have compleated BG2 but cant remember the bosses have you got a pic im gonna look now to try and remember

no i don't have a pic..i can't beat a lich...you can resurect him when you collect those golden skeleton parts..in athkatla..you don't have to beat him to finish the game..but it's irritating for me to let him live lol

i seriously hope that somone remakes Baldur's Gate and baldur's gate 2 into a new engine..
the graphics don't even have to be better. i just want a higher resolution.
what WOULD be pimp is if somone managed to put the games into NWN2.. the new toolset engine almost.. ALMOST allows it. it just takes a little tweaking and alot of time and you could pull it off (the interface is .xml, JUST LIKE WORLD OF WARCRAFT, so you can force the players to play the game in a fixed top-down perspective, not to mention it also includes a world-map)
i would gladly pay $200 for BG1/BG2/IWD/IWD2 and all of their respective expansion packs put into the NWN2 engine.

well if baldurs gate 1 is anything to go by its a great game but i can never seem to find it id also like to try icewind dale
