Awesome Anime DS game: Jump Superstar
it plays like Super Mario Brothers.
but it has the characters from popular anime shows

take a look. its in japanese, but i still plan on getting it, its odd to have a battle between Goku and Naruto.

i would pick it up.. but the sequil is coming out this December in japan (its a japan only game.)
im going to pick it up (as in.. order it on a game importing site)
mybad, its released on the 23rd of November.. soo thanksgiving.
wow, with shipping its the price of a new 360 game.. or $50 yeesh.

its never coming to the US though.
why?
well in Japan Jump Magazene is the mag where all the new Anime's are shown.. if they are loved. they are licenced and used in mangas.. but the Magazene still gets royalties. thusly a Magazene made this game and its all possible.
but in the US. a publisher gets the licence to translate and produce the Manga/Anime.
and any game released in the US has to be approved by the Publisher.
so somewhere close to 100 publishers for these games would have to be asked. and quite honestly its just never going to happen.
so its Japan Only.. so if you can, import the game and then show it off to your friends, because its a Super Smash Bro's for your DS with your favorite Manga/Anime characters.
