How can run aroudn ATB system be called that cause ATB stands for Action Time Bar (near enough got that right). I aint seen a bar in the clips i seen off ff12 just HP MP and Moves.

There is an action bar between actions. When you cast a spell a bar appears for when it is preparing to be casted, same bar applies to attacks.
