| Anyone install all 3 discs onto their 360 hard drive?

Anyone install all 3 discs onto their 360 hard drive?
To conserve space, this is the first game that I didn't install on my 360's hard drive. I wonder though, once I make it to disc three again, can I just install that disc alone and load off of the hard drive? I believe it should work, unless SE has some type of security thing involved to prevent that.

I would have bought a PS3 but their bs in the beginning let me to boycott their products until they treat the customer with respect again. The only way companies offer better quality is if you stop buying.

The original Playstation gained its fame when Sony appealed to game developers with an easy to code console. It was a good price and gave gamers what we have been asking for. The PS3 was mainly used to push Sony into the new Bluray format which was way overpriced at launch. They knew that gamers would buy it anyway at $599 US Dollars. Because they strive on their past reputation and not to cater to gamers by offering quality at a good price, I refused to buy their products (this is coming from a die hard Sony fan too). They have made a lot of improvements though and the PS3 is a good console now especially with the lower price. However I do not want to stray off topic so I will discontinue commenting on the PS3 in this topic. Thanks

Installation's not even an option on the ps3 XD
And it still runs absolutely perfect.
almost non-existant load times....

Hehe, I hated the first Xbox, but I wanted to play next gen games and most of them no longer Sony exclusive. Plus the achievement system really expands the life of any game by sharing your accomplishments online. Oh and to answer your question, no you do not have to install it on the hard drive, it is an option. OK I am done with the PS3 talk

I'm not lol. I was hugely loyal to Playstation and very Anti X-box during the original PS2 vs Xbox war. But the new consoles are in completely reversed roles now. The PS3 is ridiculously expensive, and only has benefits if you have the tv and blu rays to match, which I don't really. So I got a 360 which was some $250 cheaper at the time here and had a game I really wanted.
I don't think anyone that buys a PS3 is stupid or anything, if that's what you want then that's what you want and you should be happy that you got it. The 360 deal for me was too good to refuse and I'm glad I got it rather than a PS3.
I haven't installed any game on my hard drive, the wait isn't at ps1 levels of annoying lol. But to answer the original question I think you could just install disc 3. I mean thats where it loads the stuff from right?
Edit: I have installed a game, Forza 3 required it, lol. I forgot about that

I installed all 3 dics on my Xbox. The game runs smoothly without lack. However you HAVE to chance discs, just as if you haven't installed them. It was just as another game I played (mass effect 2) where you also had to chance discs

I made it to disc three and installed it so I am able to run the game off of the hard drive so that works out

Huh... I only thought downloading the disks onto the drive was for the severely lazy of us (which category admittedly caters for a lot of people).
Anywho, how much memory does installing a disk onto the drive take up? Since i've finished the game i'm only worrying about disk three as well. May trade it in soon.

Data is accessed much faster from a hard drive than a disc. I noticed the increase in performance immediately. Not sure how much space is used since I haven't checked, but I am guessing disc 3 is around 6 gigs.

I installed all 3 discs on my HDD.. however, I've got a 250GB HDD... I've got all my games installed still have about 120gb left.... right now...
