Anyone getting Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds?
I haven't had time to play games like I used to when I was super hardcore, but Marvel vs Capcom 3 may bring me out of retirement

I loved the second one on the Dreamcast. Does anyone know if this new one will have a single player mode? Because I was surprised when MvC2 was on Xbox Arcade but two player or online only.

I was never good at these kind of games, get my ass handed to me. the wiki for it states that it has single player and multiplayer.

I ahven't looked at this series (Marvel or Capcom) for awhile. Looks like there's a lot less block spamming and a lot more combos. Either that or the players in that video are really good. I tend to play...a certain other 2D fighter game, but this one looks interesting with the tag team style. Then again, I'm wondering if it may be a little too balanced concerning the diverse range of characters available.

I found that against a button masher you can lose very hard at these style of games if you don't know how to fully play it. Got my butt handed to me by a friend at Mvs.C2

Haha me too. I just love the intense, cool, over exagerrated animation. That is why I rather just play the computer.

Haha yeah man the one game that I knew every single move on was Tekken 3. I remember I played my girlfriend who just pushed buttons and she owned me lol.

Haven't been online for the last 24 hours more or less due to this game. 
Loving it so far, my only complaints lie within the stupid arcade mode boss. He's not absurdly difficult really, but his mere existence within the game irritates me to no end. Otherwise the combat is fantastic, it lacks game modes, but I expected that, the fighting genre has been doing that a lot lately.
