Long ago in the Kingdom of Hevas there was a section of wise mages who began to pursue the dark arts. They said that everything had good and evil in it so they thought if they would understand evil in order to purify the world. In time the Wise Mages became known as the Dark Temptrists. Theses peoples stayed in their quarters for months on end without food or other social interaction. One day they came out, their bodies wielding a eerie white aura around them. They murmured words from their mouths that not even the most knowledgeable priest could understand. Then once at the Kings Chamber there words strayed from a meek utterance to a loud roar that shook the castle walls. They were screaming that the world must be purified. They grabbed the King and flowed their Aura into him. He too then became like them. The Knights came to pursue their trespassers but to their horror they to became purified. Then the truth was realized and a young squire ran out to tell the town. "After him!!" Yelled the Mages as the Squire left the Castle Gates. Around the town he screamed his story to anyone who would listen pointing back at the guards that were chasing after them. Their trail seemed to be shimmering brightly until they finally caught up with him. The Mages then apperared out of thin air in front of the Squire and laughed. "Now you too will be purified!" The lead Mage proclaimed grabbing the Squire. Then he turned to the onlooking townspeople and grimaced. "There are too many people here to purify individually I see." Then a evil grin was put onto his face when he said "Burn the town to the ground using these torches." Once again out of thin air the Mage conjured up torches for each of the possessed knights. And each torch bore a blazing white flame. The town quickly arose in flames.

Bio : Was trained to be a Mage but Chii ran away because she found the place absolutely boring and found being a theif was alot more exciting. She now lives off from stealing others precious valuables and has not yet been caught. Chii's inncoent and childish looks protect her from being suspected as a theif. She has no family because her family (including relatives) found her useless so they shunned her out of the family but she doesn't care. Chii's a very mischiveious and troublesome girl and always looks for trouble but you couldn't tell from meeting her for the first time. She stronger then she looks but likes to pretend so most of what she puts on is a fake so you could never tell what's real or not. Then after the war with the tower she fell into a deep trance. She had seemed to not age at all, as if her body was in a nonmoving time rift. Then one day she woke up with a smile. She realized at the sight of the bustling town that she could finnally have some fun.

Bio: Though Seifer is a mercenary of sorts, he is confused by the fact that when he rarely does help people with no exchange of money involved, he somehow gets joy from the experience. these feelings confuse him and always have. from when he was a child he was forced by his father to not let his emotion carry him away. he would always be calm, cool, and collected. this was all the time, not just around others. looking back, he regrets many things he has done, but his small fortune from his last job granted him a vacation of sorts where seifer plans to feel instead of being felt.

Appearance: Deceiving body physiology has resulted into some eye witness claiming that he is a shape shifter. This isn’t helped by his outfit which is composed mostly of tattered peasant rags that look like it doesn’t fit him. His pants look ripped and his sleeves look torn. Covering this entire outfit is a long tattered cloak that sometimes serve as a normal cloak other times the cape portion is wrapped around his face like a mask.
Most eyewitness has claimed that his average height ranged between 5’2 - 5’9. Unfortunately contradicting rumors of how he appeared larger to even 7’0 goliaths have made his official height unknown. Often times though people would say he is at a height of 5’3 1/2. No one really knows for sure. Especially since his outfit is so similar to that of a peasant that it could not be him and it could be him.
To those who are familiar with Kaine though, it is said that his outfit is a bit distinctive in that unlike a peasant, it looks like he came from a war. Unfortunately even this is also a rumor.
There are few things that each rumor doesn’t contradict. A majority of eye witnesses have unanimously agreed that he has black disheveled hair and that he has scars based off the flesh that they have seen.
Unfortunately as would have been expected, his scars had their own distinctive rumors. Some say he has a scar on his hand that breaks his lifeline. Others say he has a black mark on his palm that looks like something got burned into it. Still others claim that he has a scar that looks like an eye on his forehead. Still others claimed that he had all of these traits. Even others claimed that he has none.
Profession: Assassin; legend even calls him Shadow over Hevas; a special profession having many tales and symbols:
1. One such story is that he is Death’s mortal body in which Death uses to observe it’s victims only for the body to be discarded and Death to strike upon the being that kills the body. Eventually some say, Death resurrects this body intact even with the creature’s memories. It is even rumored that Death has made a special bonding with this body that allows it to be immune to the Death spell or the Life spell nor any sort of item like a Phoenix Down. Some claims even the legendary Phoenix summon cannot ressurect the body. On the other hand, in order to live under Death’s cloak without decay, the body is said to have an innate regenerative ability rivalling even the strongest Regen spell.
2. In another rumor, he is said to be a human cursed by God and imbued with the spirit of the mana of Darkness allowing him to shape shift himself in an endless loop almost similar to a time loop and he is bound to walk the Earth bringing misfortune to those who dare sin against him only to wake up time and time again with the feeling of having died and then cursed back to the living.
3. Even a third story states that he was once a legendary hero of the future bound by a time loop that caused him to enter this time to save a previous realm. Unfortunately the loop itself got damaged and he is now in a state of merely being a never ending guardian of each generation. Stepping in only when he is needed.
4. A fourth rumor states that he is but a mere “improved” golem fashioned to resemble a human. It allows him to ressurect much like a golem gets re-energized by a mage yet with this transformation it makes him weaker than most golems and less agile than most humans.
5. There are still more rumors about him. Each merely a cult topic and never escaping but the whisper of the greatest rumor mongers of the realm.

Pet (Optional): rumored either have a Bahamut (some rumors modify this story stating that it is actually him shapeshifted into his strongest form) or a Blue Tiger.
Special Abilities : mostly unknown (possible shape shifting, regen, adept at most weapon or magic skills even though a slower learner than most, possible illusionist, assassin, summoner)
Known abilities: High tolerance for spicy, salty and bitter foods
Bio: If you ever so happened to mention the name Kaine Ramsey, no one would know him except for a select few who will tell you that he is a peasant who from time to time will ask to go along for the adventure free of gold payment in exchange for a bit of knowledge, wisdom and experience.
All people who have been with him have said that he is useless at battles and serve only as cannon fodder for the weaker monsters to avoid one of their parties getting hurt unnecessarily. He does an ok purpose at taking care of a party’s storage items which is what kept him alive as most would share him some potion before leaving him in the next town and using the gold to hire a better caretaker of their items.
To the few that knew him personally, he is said to be very weird. Sometimes silent like a statue, other times talking endlessly and boring his companions.
However if you ever happen to describe his appearance without mentioning his name, you would receive a bunch of legends from town to town about the Shadow over Hevas. Just don’t let people hear you claim that Kaine Ramsey and the Shadow are the same; he’s already made fun of because of that legend alot of times.
