I have maxed the grid with everyone on my master file, there's a quick way of getting round, known on Gamefaqss as the Don Tonberry Trick.
Have 3 characters with Overdrive-->AP, Triple AP and Triple Overdrive on their weapons. Have the person who has killed the most use Stoic overdrive mode and comrade for the others (and have Auto-phoenix handy), simply get your killer to attack, let Karma kill you, you get revived, attack again and repeat until DT has had 4 turns, then simply flee from the battle. It works best when you have a low max HP so don't use Break HP Limit or HP+xx%.

255 in all stats except luck for everyone with 99999 HP too
yeah i have over 1000 hrs into this game, half of them in blitzball, over 300 wins and players at level 99
it was the only game i played for the first two years i had my PS2, LOL

I didn't think there were enough nodes on the grid to have 99999 HP, you could get to 50000+ HP and just use a stamina tablet/tonic though.

No worries :/ I didn't see bio and went straight past it, I'm near doublecast with her.
Most bosses in ff games are either resistant or immune to poison, this is just a regular enemy wasting spell.

Sorry, but I'm harsh on these things, I wouldn't count that as having 99999HP, maybe if that's the only armour you use (in which you would get a severe beating by Dark Anima or the Dark Magus Sisters)
