What the heck are all those crests for?! I have like all of them! Is there one for every planet?
Where are those stinken albhed decoders? I have a bunch but I cant find them all.
^ same thing with all the spheres

The crests and sigils are used to power up the celestial weapons in the macalania woods
The Al Bhed primers translate the Al Bhed language for you and are scattered around Spira
There are 10 Jecht spheres that give you Auron's Overdrives!

The crests (and sigils) are for the celestial weapons. When you get the celestial mirror, once you find the celestial weapons, go back to the place you got the celestial mirror (on the shiny path of macalania), choose the person who owns the relevant celestial weapon to power it up. Using the crest gets you double overdrive, but still No AP, while using the sigil gets you the actual weapon.
Tidus- Sun
Yuna- Moon
Wakka- Jupiter
Auron- Mars
Kimahri- Saturn
Lulu- Venus
Rikku- Mercury
For the albhed primers, it's been pretty much explained. Every primer represents a letter, this can be compiled from other files using a compilation sphere. As you collect more, your rank becomes higher (up to Sycdan or master). When you have them all, talk to Rin on the Airship for 99 Underdog's Secrets. Beware though as 4 of the primers are one-time only (3 in al-bhed Home and 1 in Bevelle).
For the Jecht Spheres (and Auron's sphere and Braska's sphere), they tell you a basic story of Braska's pilgrimage with Jecht and Auron. You get Auron's second overdrive, Shooting Star. When you collect 3, you obtain Banishing Blade and when you collect them all, you get his final overdrive Tornado.
