Also, I'd like to note that the Washington Capitals would CRUSH every olympic hockey team and I'm surprised with Ovechkin and Semin, Russia did not do better.
I'd also like to note that in the Olympics USA did outscore Canada 7 - 6 in their two game set.

And I'm surprised that Ovechkin didn't perform well against the big teams.
Game 1 vs Latvia: 2 goals 0 assists
Game 2 vs Slovakia: 0 goals 0 assists
Game 3 vs Czech Republic: 0 goals 2 assists
Game 4 vs Canada 0 goals 0 assists
But hey...it all works out to 4 points in 4 games, right?
But to be fair, a lot of players did not perform as expected while a lot of others exceeded expectations. Example: Patrick Kane was a letdown while Jonathan Toews was a surprise.

Teh pinata is happy for all you happy Canadians.
But then teh pinata is sure that if you ask the olympic competitor peoples they would probably say that they all were just honored to be able to compete.
I am just happy that we actually have something like the Olympics that forces all the countries, at least for a moment, to respect one another.

As my art teacher taught me, art cannot be judged unless everyone is drawing the same thing from the same angle. If they do, it would take too long anyways... 
For example, one person might be a great artist, but if someone else is drawing something that simply looks more apealing, it's not fair.
