FFVII: Advent Children is coming out on DVD late in the First Quarter of 2005. In the U.S. It is not a game. It is a hour long digitally animated film.

I am really surprised that when they had released the Final Fantasy movie, that it was more FF related. It would have been so popular then.

You mean The Spirits Within? Yeah, I liked the movie, but I was expecting something more like what Advent looks like it's going to be.

Did you happen to see their little mini movie for the Animatrix, Flight of the Osiris? That was pretty well done (and I'm pretty sure they reused the character models from the Spirits Within with some slight modifications). It really showed off what they can do from an action standpoint. It was, IMHO, the best Animatrix short on the disc, and it was directly connected to the actual movies which was kinda cool.

I'm very excited about the up coming movie too. I seem the sprite within and have to admit the story is a bit weak for a Final fantasy product. I suppose a lot of fans were dispointed since it was so short but in a movie there is no time for all the twist and turns one would except for a final fantasy game.
But from what i see so far of advant children I'm sure it'll rock!^_^

I've seen FF7: Advent Children already and its excellent i even have a spoiler clip if anyone wants to watch it. Its got Kadaj battling Cloud and then sephiroth battling cloud while the others are on the airship. Atleast then everyone that watches it will know how cool the film is and they will want to see it even more

No it come out on Dvd and it came out on 25 of april up here in canada. I know this b/c i own the movie
