yes....for example fairy ring gives you resistance to poison...zombie stone to zombie...but they are not available yet...only 4 are around...2 leather belts that do nothing at all, a zombie stone and a fairy ring

they were supposed to be given out after completing quests...but the quest feature is not implemented yet and no idea when it will be
