If you mean the RPG on the site, the answer is no. Supposedly the feature will be added soon possibly. If you mean fight fight...lol well I won't go there.

Um yeah i believe that he means the RPG and no a PvP system has not been installed, i do believe that Fun said in the future he might install one but right now it isn't a necessity.
